An Orginal sketch of the Flatwoods Monster that appeared on the
We The People TV show on September 19th 1952. During that broadcast, Kathleen May (witness) and A. Lee Stewart (editor of the Braxton County Democrat) talked about the UFO incident that made headlines around the world.

11 year old Freddie May drew this picture of the Braxton County Monster shortly after the incident.

Four of the boys that witnesed the monster. Left to right: Tommy Hyer, Freddie May, Edison May and Neil Nunley. This photograph was taken several days after the sighting of a ten foot tall creature that was described as having a perfectly round blood red face. Famed naturalist Ivan Sanderson who interviewed all the witnesses was convinced that something extraordinary had transpired on the night of the sightings.
